The Coca-Cola Company directly employs 82,500 employees and with our bottling partners, we employ more than 700,000 people across 200+ countries. Reporting to the CHRO, I lead the culture, HR strategy & planning and people analytics centers of excellence. Key responsibilities:

• Set the vision, developed, and delivered a long-range people strategy that enables us to delivery on our business strategy, in collaboration with our corporate finance, strategy and planning teams.
• Built a global HR PMO from the ground up to deliver a differentiated employee experience.
• Delivered yearly annual business plans for HR.
• Developed a people analytics team from scratch including data governance to enable an evidence-based HR organisation.
• Building a purpose-led and agile organisational culture to accelerate business performance.
