Mark’s career spans more than 25 years of broad Talent, HR and IT experience, all from within the walls of Cargill, Inc., a global food and ingredients agriculture company with $165 billion in annual revenues and 160K employees working across 70 countries. In Mark’s current role as the Global Talent Planning and Performance Lead for Cargill’s Global Talent Acquisition COE, Mark is responsible for elevating Talent Acquisition’s (TA’s) performance through the use of data and analytics to guide better decisions, optimize capacity, gain efficiencies, and improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Mark has served in more than a dozen unique roles during his tenure at Cargill, most recently as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader for CBS, representing Cargill’s Global Business Services Organization with operations in Costa Rica, Brazil, Bulgaria, India and China. Prior to that, Mark was the North American University Recruiting and Early Career Lead responsible for hiring more than 700 early career professionals annually, and with more than $6million investments in diversity, equity and inclusion programs.
Marks’ mission is to serve, to inspire and to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Outside of work, Mark is married and has three children (Ellie – 22, Matthew – 20, Emily – 10). Mark thoroughly enjoys coaching youth sports, traveling and spending time with his family.
