I lead the People Analytics function across Europe and Latin America at Ericsson, where we focus heavily on applied People Analytics, strategic consulting, scientific research, product development & data science automation.

I studied Psychology at the University of Sheffield, and I'm constantly curious about all things people. I enjoy bringing use cases from the world of sports to People Analytics, including how teams are built, performance curves, and talent development.
