Mathew Thomas is the Global People Analytics Director at Reckitt, a leading consumer health and hygiene company. He leads a team of data scientists and analysts who provide insights and solutions to improve the performance and wellbeing of Reckitt's 40,000 employees across 60 countries.
Mathew has over 15 years of experience in people analytics, technology, and consulting. He joined Reckitt in 2019. Prior to that, he worked at Accenture, BP and HSBC in various functional and technology roles. He holds a Master of Business Administration and undergraduate degree in Mathematics.
As the Global People Analytics Director, Mathew is responsible for developing and executing the people analytics strategy and roadmap for Reckitt. He oversees the delivery of analytics projects and products that support key business decisions and initiatives, such as talent acquisition, retention, engagement, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and employee experience. He also fosters a data-driven culture and capability within the HR function and the wider organisation.
