Andreas Kyprianou
Senior Director, People Ops, Total Rewards and Analytics
Andreas's 15+ years of expertise lie across a wide range of people processes, with a key focus on people data, analytics, and systems, operations, talent development, performance enablement, and engagement, as well as best practice HR systems and processes.

Andreas is currently leading people operations, total rewards, and analytics for Preply—a rapidly growing EdTech scale-up (650+ employees). Previously, he spent 2 years as the Global Head of People Reporting and Analytics for Upfield—a KKR company (formerly part of Unilever). In his role, he was responsible for all organizational aspects of data management, including operational reporting, advanced insights projects, data protection/ethics, and workforce planning.

Before this, Andreas had spent time building high-performance analytics teams and providing data insights to senior leaders at technology (Facebook/Meta) and financial services (Bank of America) companies.

Andreas holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and an MBA from Durham University. He frequently publishes articles on the importance of data analytics as well as systems thinking in HR.
