Anshul is the Executive Vice President of People Operations and Insights at Mastercard, where he is responsible for fostering an operations and data-driven culture within the company's people practices. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at IBM, leading people data, analytics, and AI. In this role, he championed a culture of data-driven decision-making at scale and redesigned the end-to-end employee journey, powered by AI and consumer-grade experiences, which resulted in significant improvements for both people and business outcomes.Over his career at IBM, Anshul held various technology and corporate leadership roles, developing solutions for companies across industries such as financial services, IT, retail, education, food, and fashion. Outside of work, Anshul is an avid ice skater and writer, and he enjoys teaching kids in his community on the weekends.
