Eunice leads the Data Science and Centre of Excellence consulting teams in Workforce Analytics at Merck. Her experience spans diverse environments, from start-ups to global corporations across multiple industries, primarily focusing on employee data. She holds a Master’s degree from NYU, a BA from Duke, and is currently completing a Master’s in Data Science from Georgia Tech (just for fun). Eunice combines a research mindset with strategic thinking and expertise in AI/ML to empower business leaders to make informed decisions and develop products that enhance workplace efficiency.
