Anette Böhm is an experienced executive in human resources and organizational transformation. As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of bpostgroup, she leads the HR strategy for one of Europe’s leading postal operators. Her role focuses on talent management, employee engagement, and skills development — key drivers in bpost’s evolution as a major player in e-commerce logistics.

Before joining bpost, Anette Böhm held senior HR leadership positions. From 2013 to 2022, she served as Senior General Manager for Group Human Resources at KBC Bank and Insurance, where she played a pivotal role in driving digital transformation in the banking sector. Prior to that, she was Senior General Manager for Group HR at SD Worx, a prominent HR and payroll services provider. In this role, she managed HR operations across several European countries, gaining extensive experience in international workforce management.

Her appointment as CHRO of bpost came as part of a broader leadership reshuffle aimed at strengthening the company's strategic growth in e-commerce logistics. Anette Böhm is known for fostering innovation, diversity, and inclusion in her leadership approach.
