Linda joined ASML in 2023 as the Head of People Analytics. In this role, she collaborates with both business and HR leaders to design and implement ASML's people strategy. As the company’s headcount has grown significantly in recent years—and is expected to continue growing—it is essential to take the right actions to attract and retain top talent. This is critical for ASML to ensure the ongoing delivery and maintenance of its products for clients. People analytics plays a vital role in facilitating informed workforce-related decisions, especially given the competitive talent landscape in the semiconductor industry.

Linda is a firm believer in the importance of transforming data-driven results into clear and actionable insights. This enables end-users and decision-makers to fully understand and utilise these insights to make responsible decisions. To achieve this, establishing a robust self-service people analytics model is essential.

Before joining ASML, Linda worked as a People Analytics Consultant at PwC. She holds master’s degrees in Econometrics, Actuarial Science, and Teaching.
