Phil supports Microsoft’s HR Service Delivery team members in our five regionally based service centres and distributed across selected countries to deliver great employee experiences and business-enabling support. The priority for this HR Services team is to continually deliver on our experience goals of reliable and responsible human resource data handling and transactions, and easy and caring assisted support for Microsoft’s employees worldwide.
Since joining Microsoft in 2008, Phil has been a leader in developing and implementing Microsoft’s global HR shared-services strategy, establishing sustainable service delivery teams and managing large-scale, multicultural teams across the world. He leads with a firm belief that culture, supported by customer-focused KPIs, a structured review cadence, and a high degree of transparency can yield both near-term objectives and, more importantly, sustainable long-term results.
