Kevin is the VP of Professional Services in North America at Welliba, where he applies over a decade of experience in HR tech consulting to enhance employee experiences. Holding an M.S. in I/O Psychology from Florida International University, he specialises in designing and implementing complex programs that prioritise effectiveness, efficiency, ethics, and engagement. By integrating archival data, active employee listening, and generative AI, Kevin helps clients develop tailored employee experience solutions.​

Before joining Welliba, Kevin led the design and management of innovative selection and assessment programs at Verizon and Coinbase. His extensive background also includes external consulting roles at Hirevue, Modern Hire, Aon, and cut-e Group, providing him with valuable insights into client needs and best practices on an international scale.
