Lucie is the global employee insights lead in ING. In her current role, she is driving global employee listening initiatives and behavioural research, ensuring employee voice and experiences are informing decisions across all levels of the organisation.

Before joining the global people analytics team, she spent several years in HR as a reward expert and HR project lead implementing large transformation projects in the Prague office.

Apart from HR, Lucie has a background in sociology and market research. Originally from Prague, Czech Republic she is now based in Amsterdam. She has great passion for data, understanding human behaviour and creating impact in people's lives.
