Rekha is a Rewards and People Analytics leader with 15+ years experience in the field.

As Head of Global Compensation and People Analytics at Box, and in prior roles at both high growth and mature stage tech companies (Atlassian, Procore and Symantec), and consulting (Aon), she has been successful in developing data driven strategies and implement effective practices across diverse contexts.

Her approach to People programs is driven by the guiding principles of scalability, equity, and transparency achieved through increased automation, greater data accessibility, and better employee communication. She is passionate about employee listening and applying learnings to enhance individual employee experiences, which ultimately drives impactful business outcomes across organizations.

In addition to her role at Box, Rekha is a Board Member and Investor in several HR tech startups and provides offer negotiation consulting to women, doing her part in closing the gender pay equity gap. Rekha has a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and is currently an Executive MBA program candidate at Wharton School of Business.
