Mark has performed a variety of analytical, project and functional leadership roles, for over 20 years and across corporate HR, L&D and Technology functions - at organisations including PwC, IBM, Marks & Spencer, GSK, Diageo, and now at PMI.

In 2017, Mark founded ‘Data Driven HR’, a people analytics advisory service, to provide services and products to enhance organisational effectiveness. Mark specialises in leading People Analytics functions; working with talented analysts, psychologists, data scientists and technologists across business units and support functions, to target and deliver high-value insights for business-driven impact. He was a founder member of the CIPD’s HR Analytics Advisory Group; has contributed to numerous professional research bodies, written articles for several organisations; and is published or cited in both academic and practitioner-focused publications. His current research focuses on the application of People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning, to drive the future of Work Design.
