Ian O’Keefe is a People Analytics leader with over 20 years of experience delivering data-driven insights to Fortune 100 organizations. He is currently a Director and the Head of Global Talent Analytics at Amazon. He leads a cross-disciplinary team of science practitioners that create data-driven solutions for over 1M employees worldwide. Prior to Amazon, Ian was a Managing Director and Head of the Global Workforce Analytics team at JPMorgan Chase covering the JPMC footprint of 250,000 employees in over 60 markets globally. Ian joined JPMC in 2016 from Google where he led People Analytics for the Global Sales and Marketing organizations. Before Google, he was the Head of Talent Analytics at Sears Holdings and established a Process Analytics team at American Express. Ian began his career at a market research start-up (which was later acquired by Nielsen BASES), then transitioned into Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting practice, before establishing his own practice. Ian earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia and a Masters in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University. Ian lives in northern Virginia with his wife Michelle and their two children Emma and Brandon.
