Linda is senior manager and leads PwC’s Switzerland and PwC’s EMEA People Analytics capability and service offerings. She is involved in both local Swiss and cross-territory global client assignments in the people analytics area which covers the whole spectrum from strategy to execution.

She joined the actuarial and people analytics practice of PwC Netherlands in 2012 and has now been working for several years at PwC Switzerland. Her consulting activities include developing clients’ people analytics strategies as well as implementing complex people and workforce analytics (integrated) solutions in the different HR domains.

As a qualified econometrician, mathematics teacher, and actuary AAG, she strongly believes that it is crucial to transform data-driven results into explainable and actionable insights so that end-users and decision-makers can truly understand and use these insights and make "responsible" decisions based on them. Linda’s passion is to support the HR function in becoming a more strategic business partner by leveraging people data and analytics insights.
