This session is a chance to leverage the collective problem-solving capabilities of the people in the room and work together to address some of the world’s critical workforce challenges.

Review the topic brief for your table, discuss the key elements associated with your problem before working together as a group to develop a solution or a number of solution options to your problem.

Document your solution in the form of a poster using the resources provided. Be as creative as you like to communicate your messages in the most effective way possible. 
 
After around 35 minutes, the conference chair will ask each table facilitator to share the groups solution.  We’ll post solutions around the room for any groups we’re unable to get to in time.
