Gemma McNair (née Willman) is a commercially focused Senior Transformation Director. She has a wealth of experience in both large corporate institutions and FinTech start-ups within the Banking industry. As Head of Workforce Enablement at NatWest Gemma leads our Strategic Workforce Planning and Fulfilment capability, inclusive of our Tech Academy Strategy, Early Career and Diverse talent pipelines, Internal reskilling programmes and External resourcing partnerships. She is driving a transformational approach to building the tech, data and digital skills of the future, lifting our organisational capability whilst driving down unnecessary cost. She is passionate about DE&I and co-sponsors the NatWest LGBTQ+ and Gender Balanced workstreams. Outside of work she is an active public speaker, is married with two kids, two dogs and has a passion for extreme sports, travelling and interior design.
