AJ Herrmann is Executive Director of Strategic Workforce Planning at the Cleveland Clinic. In this role, AJ is responsible for designing and implementing a global workforce planning strategy for Cleveland Clinic.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic he served as Head of People Analytics at Nestlé USA, and as a Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). At BCG he led people strategy consulting efforts for multiple Fortune 100 companies.

Additionally, AJ served ten years in the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). He served multiple roles, providing daily decision-making support to The White House, Department of Defense, and National Security Council. He was a Presidential Daily Briefer during the Arab Spring revolutions of 2011-2012, for which he earned the National Intelligence Meritorious Unit Citation.

AJ earned a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University.
