As the Senior Vice President of Strategic Workforce Planning at Truist, Jennifer aligns people strategies with business objectives, ensuring competitiveness in a fast-paced market and proactive workforce risk management.

Previously, she led the strategy, design, and delivery of TIAA's $1.5B portfolio for people-centered workplace builds and modernizations. Jennifer is a passionate believer that people perform, not companies. She has over two decades of business strategy and people expertise, including serving as Chief of Staff for the President and Chief Investment Officer of Nuveen overseeing strategic initiatives and activities for 13 businesses with over $1T in AUM.

She also headed HR for Nuveen Real Assets with employees in 17 countries, built TIAA and Nuveen’s HR affiliate portfolio, drove employee experience and merger and acquisition activity for human resources, and led various enterprise-wide organizational effectiveness and transformation programs.

Jennifer holds a graduate degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management and has held several leadership roles in the community. She maintains the CFA Institute Investment Foundations, Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designations.
