Emily Monteleone is the Director of Strategic Workforce Planning at Cleveland Clinic, where she leads a team of planners and analysts who partner with leaders across Cleveland Clinic's hospitals, institutes, and service lines worldwide to develop plans that drive their people strategy. Her teams use sophisticated analysis, technology, and planning tools to lead planning initiatives from concept to implementation, enabling Cleveland Clinic to evolve its workforce.
Prior to joining the Strategic Workforce Planning team, Emily supported Cleveland Clinic’s Taussig Cancer Institute for 13 years; serving in roles leading clinical research, multidisciplinary Cancer Programming, and front-end clinical operations.
Emily also serves as Board President for GiGi's Playhouse – Cleveland, which is a locally run, federated nonprofit Down syndrome achievement center providing free programs and tutoring to individuals with Down syndrome and their families. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and an MBA with a concentration in Health Care Administration.
