Cinnamon Dixon, MA, CDP, LBC, is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of expertise in organizational development and continuous improvement. Beginning her career at the Cleveland Clinic, she excelled as an organizational development consultant, spearheading initiatives like the implementation of an enterprise-wide employee engagement survey and facilitating the Cleveland Clinic Experience for 50K caregivers.

Driven by her passion for continuous improvement, Cinnamon transitioned to the role of Director of Continuous Improvement, where she led a team in building capability and executing lean methodology enterprise-wide. Currently, as the Director of Strategic Workforce Planning, she heads a dedicated team focused on future-proofing the workforce by forecasting capacity needs and closing skill gaps.

Cinnamon holds a B.S. in Psychology and Business Management from Ball State University and an M.A. in Diversity Management Psychology from Cleveland State University. She is certified in diversity management, Lean Shingo Bronze, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Additionally, she serves as Co-Chair of the Black Heritage Employee Resource Group and as an Executive Coach through MGLLI.
