With a background in both engineering and business school, Antoine began his career at Accenture in the Strategy Practice.

In 2010, along with two co-founders, he founded Akoya Consulting, a strategy consulting firm dedicated to People and Organization topics. Since then, Antoine has worked extensively with prominent international companies in the food and pharmaceutical industries, supporting them in the Strategic Workforce Planning process.
