Connecting Action Plans to Strategy
How ANZ developed workforce action plans for the retail bank through integrating a new modelling approach.
Simplifying the complex is necessary for embedding a strategic workforce planning function in any organisation. If we can't make sense of the future and provide easy-to-interpret information for executives, they will make decisions based solely on their experiences and preferences. This session will describe how a technically complex modelling approach can be simplified into easy-to-digest information using a live example from ANZ's retail banking division.
