Eastern Health was the first in its sector to initiate plans for a strategic workforce program. The program was designed to work alongside Eastern Health's strategic clinical plans and organisational strategies. Joining Eastern Health 18 months ago, Andrew has been instrumental in re-igniting this program of work, following industry challenges across the sector. Under Andrew’s leadership, Eastern Health is now at the forefront of building a greenfields workforce strategy and analytics function; a function integral in shaping the way Eastern Health approaches workforce management and analytics, working toward positioning Eastern Health to be able to meet the evolving demands of the healthcare sector.
Prior to Eastern Health, Andrew gained valuable experience at Australia Post, where he engaged in L & D, OD and also holding several operational leadership positions. He concluded his tenure at Australia Post as a Workforce Planning Manager, in the transformational 'Reform our Letters' project. Andrew then transitioned into a Workforce Strategy role at Camp Australia, evolving into leadership of the Workforce Planning and Talent functions.
