Sarah Logan directs the Victorian Government’ strategy to support workforce attraction and supply in early childhood education.
She has over twenty years’ experience in the Commonwealth and Victorian public services, working in a variety of policy and program roles with an emphasis on stakeholder engagement, policy development and project management.
Sarah utilises her knowledge and strong track record of achieving results to work in partnership with the sector delivering the additional workforce needed to achieve the Victorian Government’s early childhood education reforms.
Sarah has also recently completed an Executive Masters in Public Administration with The Australia and New Zealand School of Government.
She is a respected leader and an advocate for change, leading her team to ensure the current reforms and initiatives support Victorian children and their families.
