Merging his 10 years' experience as a People Analytics leader with his latest Ph.D. research on the adoption of People Analytics, Patrick will talk about the six main factors that help organisations to successfully implement People Analytics to the point where the practice is accepted and routinised into a common practice.

During the presentation, many real People Analytics projects are used as examples. A must-see presentation for all who have started with their journey on People Analytics or are thinking about it.

Although People Analytics is used by more and more organisations, from an academic perspective it remains unclear what is needed to establish People Analytics as a common accepted practice. This is problematic because organisations do not know exactly where and when to invest. The experience of mature practitioners in combination with research provides 6 main categories that offer pathways to implementing People Analytics successfully within organisations.

This session will explore:

  • An introduction to establishing People Analytics as a common practice
  • Merging practitioner experience with research
  • The 6 main categories for driving the adoption of People Analytics
  • Context and transforming your practice.

Learning outcomes:

  • Learning about the 6 main categories driving adoption
  • Critical thinking about your own ambition and transformation.
