Craig Starbuck, PhD has built and led people analytics and employee listening teams at seven companies including Chime, Roku, Robinhood, and Mastercard. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of OrgAcuity, a next-generation employee listening platform. Craig is also the author of The Fundamentals of People Analytics (Springer, 2023) and the 2025 President of The Society for People Analytics (SPA). Craig holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and a B.S. in Management Information Systems.
