Dr. Stephanie Murphy is an award-winning people analytics executive with 15 years of experience in employee listening, assessments, and HR analytics.
As Vice President of People Experience at UnitedHealth Group, she leads the global listening strategy and drives improvements for key employee touchpoints, impacting over 400,000 employees.
Previously, she led Talent Analytics and Assessments at Dell Technologies and taught people analytics and organizational culture courses at the University of Texas at Austin.
She is the Founder & Executive Director of the Society for People Analytics (SPA) and serves on several professional boards and committees.
Recognized as a Top 10 Data Analytics Professional, a Top 25 Emerging Culture Leader, and a Top 50 Women Leader in Austin, she has made significant industry and community contributions.
Stephanie holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of New Orleans and a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Louisiana Tech University.
