I currently lead People Analytics at Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions, a Swedish company with around 17,000 employees and part of Sandvik. After spending most of my career in HR, I transitioned to People Analytics four years ago and haven't looked back since. I'm passionate about leveraging people data to drive business value, foster innovation, and advance the maturity of people analytics.

At Sandvik, I've had the opportunity to do just that, helping to elevate People Analytics from a relatively low baseline. It’s been an exciting and sometimes challenging journey, but we’ve already achieved significant outcomes and learned a great deal along the way.

There's still much to accomplish, but the progress so far has been incredibly rewarding.
