Jonas combines an all-round HR experience with a passion for analytics. A Swiss national, he worked across continents and enjoys innovating collaboratively in times of change.
With a background in Organisational Psychology (MSc), he explored the ways HR brings value to the business by leading transversal initiatives such as Lean continuous improvement or end-to-end process management at Nestlé. He also setup a People Analytics center of expertise for the MEA region.
Jonas then joined the International Committee of the Red Cross to take the lead of the People Analytics team, industrializing people insights and leading the development of an institutional workforce planning approach.
