As soon as I started working I developed an interest in how work gets done in organizations and thus how we execute strategy. I found the way in which work gets done far more interesting than the final result. I have made a move to strategy consulting but after a few years moved back to Strategic Workforce Management and Organizational Design.
By working for some of the most progressive workplaces in the Netherlands I have first-hand experienced the effect of Strategic Workforce Management and organizational design on organizations.
Currently I am strengthening the Strategic Workforce Management and Organizational Design practice of ABN AMRO. During our session we will share the lessons from our latest SWM approach and some very nice predictive data solutions built by our HR Analytics team.
