Jonas has found in People Analytics the way to combine his all-round expertise in HR with his passion for using data to drive people outcomes. With a background in Organisational Psychology (MSc), he had the opportunity to explore the ways in which HR brings value to the business by leading transversal initiatives such as Lean continuous improvement or end to end process management at Nestlé. He participated in the development of People Analytics by taking the newly created position of regional head of people analytics for MEA, before joining the International Committee of the Red Cross to take the lead of the people analytics function. He currently focuses on industrializing people insights and leading the development of an institutional workforce planning approach. Jonas is a Swiss national who enjoys innovating collaboratively in contexts of change and opportunities.
