A global pandemic, ‘the Great Resignation’, and ‘Quiet Quitting’, along with political and economic change brought people risk to the executive agenda. Left unaddressed, people risk can prevent us from delivering on our business ambitions. Learn how we implemented a measurement framework to help L&G monitor, anticipate and effectively manage people risk

People are a critical, expensive asset – making people risk an important topic for the C Suite. Developing a people risk measurement framework is an opportunity to help address a key business challenge whilst also raising visibility of people analytics and elevating it to the most senior level of the organisation.

This session will explore:

  • The context: what created the burning platform
  • What we did, elements of the framework, and how we set about solving the problem
  • So what? The outcomes
  • Top tips for data-driven people risk management.

Learning outcomes:

  • Recognising an opportunity to elevate people analytics.
  • Taking an agile approach to deliver value at pace
  • The importance of understanding your audience, tailoring insight to be interesting and relevant, and drive action.
