How HR Business Partners and People Analytics Practitioners can realise the value of joining data-driven insights with experiences from the business front lines.

This session is intended to shed light on maximising the value and impact of people analytics from the perspective of both the practitioner, i.e., people analytics teams; and the end-user, i.e., the HR business partner.

  • What are the hurdles and opportunities for embedding people analytics more effectively across HR and in business decision making on talent topics?
  • What can PA teams do to make data and insights useful and applicable for HRBPs?
  • How can HRBPs adopt relevant data driven insights to drive their department’s talent strategy?

This session will explore:

  • Talent Retention: Marrying descriptive and predictive insights with first-hand knowledge of critical skills and talent
  • Succession and Talent Management: Complementing talent data with an understanding of evolving leadership needs
  • Employee Engagement: Deriving actionable insights from quantitative PA analysis and qualitative data from business partners.

Learning objectives:

  • How to create a "common language" between broader HR and people analytics
  • How to unlock synergistic value from data-driven insights and experiences from the frontlines.
