Bringing People Analytics and Employee Experience together to navigate through times of digital disruption

The presentation will consist of two use cases, showcasing how people analytics can be turned into a well-informed and data-driven employee experience.

Firstly, to be successful mastering digital transformation, organisations need to invest into new capabilities and skills. Using Organisational Network Analysis can help to understand where currently-critical experts are located within in the organisation. Embedding these insights into your Employee Experience can help to bring knowledge where it's needed the most for your company to succeed with digital transformation.

Secondly, new technologies, AI and automation are changing traditional career paths and mobility patterns. Using predictive career paths modelling can help to understand where employees can take their careers, and which learning paths should be offered to retain employees and let them grow within the company.

This session will explore:

  • Mastering digital transformation using Organisational Network Analysis
  • Using Organisational Network Analysis to democratise knowledge and expertise
  • How tailored and individualised career path predictions can increase employee engagement and retention.

Learning outcomes:

  • Learn about Employee Experience
  • Learn about Organisational Network Analytics
  • Learn about Predictive Career Path Modelling
  • Learn about how People Analytics can be applied in practice
  • Learn how insights can be turned into an experience for employees, turning insights into concrete outcomes for everybody in the organisation.
