Get the blueprint for a future-proof people analytics team that can "do more with less” in the era of increasing economic volatility, constant transformation and the shifting balance of power between employer and employee.

The business demand for people data that improves results continues to grow. Even the most successful teams are faced with more requests than they can handle! How will you and your team “do more with less” in the era of increasing economic volatility, constant transformation and the shifting balance of power between employer and employee?

In this session we unpack the components of the people analytics operating model that enable delivery of personalised insights, on demand and at scale , as efficiently as possible to HR, the C-suite and even to line managers across the business.

You will learn how to win in the new normal by reviewing and blending the right toolset, with the right skillset and focussing on the right business problems. You will get a blueprint for a future-proof people analytics team.

This session will explore:

  • People Analytics needs to focus the right resources on the right level of delivery
  • There are three core tiers of delivery - foundational, strategic and niche. The most common mistake PA team make is setting up all their resources just to serve their foundational needs
  • When you solve your foundational requirements the wrong way, you then fail to scale and then fail to deliver the right level of value
  • In order to scale you need to think about automation and self-service for the foundational layer - so that the consulting and complex analytic work required at the second 2 tiers is available.

Learning outcomes:

  • A framework for identifying the value of their deliverables
  • Understand the mistake of building just for foundational requirements
  • Strategies for combating this mistake
  • An approach to communicate the right operating model to their team and leadership.
