In this session we will talk you through how People Analytics helped understand the drivers of the gender pay gap to enable the right actions to be taken.

Gender Pay Gap reporting is a statutory requirement in many markets. However, the raw unadjusted number doesn't help to understand what is driving the gap, and hence what actions are needed to close it.

This session will explore:

  • What is the gender pay gap?
  • Understanding equal pay for equal work
  • How the adjusted gender pay gap can help drive action.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand the difference between Equal pay for Equal work, and the adjusted and unadjusted pay gaps
  • Understand how people analytics can help understand the drivers of the gender pay gap.
